they counter offered. Now we have to counter offer.. I was REALLY hoping they'd counter offer something we could accept! Ah well. Perhaps this time? 
I'm packing like a packrat (something I know well!) only tossing a LOT today. Soon I'll have more boxes than house.

My motto when I move, and trust me, I’ve done it a lot, is: When in doubt, throw it OUT. I am the opposite of a pack rat. I hate junk and clutter and I get in trouble with my husband all the time for throwing his stuff away…LOL
